Sales Coordinator

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents. Process customer orders and follow up on order status. Create and maintain sales records, customer databases, and reports. Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders (POs), and payments. Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, schedules, and inquiries. Maintain proper filing of invoices, LPOs, contracts, and correspondence. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for understanding sales dynamics. • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, showcasing the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools, essential for efficient data management and reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for effective data analysis and presentation creation.
