Sales Coordinator

• Prepare sales quotations based on customer requirements and applicable pricing. • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and provide the required sales-related information. • Process customer LPOs and ensure all order details are properly recorded. • Prepare and maintain weekly LTR reports with accurate information. • Submit invoices through customer portals as per the required procedure. • Sort and organize sales-related documents systematically. • Maintain proper filing and records of quotations, LPOs, invoices, and related documents. • 2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator role, showcasing the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. • Bachelor's degree in any field. • Good proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and other ERP systems. • Immediate joiners .
