Accounts Executive

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries. • Maintain accurate general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable records. • Prepare monthly bank, supplier and customer reconciliations. • Monitor customer outstanding balances, supplier payments and credit limits. • Handle invoicing, payment tracking, petty cash and expense management. • Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation, cost of goods sold and stock reconciliation. • Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams for stock movements, discrepancies and inventory adjustments. • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports and MIS. • Support VAT return preparation, VAT reconciliations and compliance with applicable UAE tax requirements. • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit and tax purposes. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and relevant authorities when required. • Ensure accounting procedures and internal controls are followed. • CA Inter / CA Intermediate qualification required. • 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience. • Experience in UAE accounting and VAT procedures is preferred. • Previous experience in automobile consumables, automotive spare parts, trading, distribution or inventory-based businesses is an advantage. • Good knowledge of accounting principles, inventory accounting and financial reporting. • Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. • Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills. • High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
