Accountant Executive

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. • Prepare and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, and other financial documents. • Perform bank reconciliations and supplier/customer account reconciliations. • Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and budgeting. • Monitor expenses and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding financial matters. • Support VAT compliance and other applicable statutory requirements. • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Relevant experience in accounting or finance operations. • Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel. • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems. • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. • Candidates with relevant Manufacturing / Recycling industry experience are encouraged to apply.
