Job description

• Manage the accounts receivable and payable specifically for vehicle rentals, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing. • Reconcile daily rental income against fleet utilization and booking data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to fleet depreciation, maintenance costs, and revenue per vehicle. • Oversee the accurate accounting of vehicle acquisitions, disposals, and related financing or leasing arrangements. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the automotive or rental industry. • Proficiency in accounting software/ ERP Software and advanced Excel skills. • Good Knoweldge of UAE Vat regulation
