About the Role
As a VIP Hostess at Nobu, you will be the first point of contact for our distinguished guests, creating exceptional and personalized dining experiences from arrival to departure. You will manage VIP reservations, coordinate special requests, and work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery. With a strong focus on guest engagement, brand standards, and attention to detail, you will help maintain Nobu's reputation for world-class hospitality while building lasting relationships with our valued clientele.
About You
The ideal candidate is warm, charismatic, and passionate about delivering luxury guest experiences. You have previous experience as a Hostess within a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or renowned dining destination, with confidence in handling VIP guests and high-profile clientele. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs will set you apart in this role.
