Apt Resources is seeking a professional and well-presented Hostess to join a prestigious hospitality establishment in Dubai. The successful candidate will welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure a positive first impression and an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival. • Manage reservations, bookings, and guest seating arrangements. • Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required. • Maintain an organized waiting list and manage guest flow during busy periods. • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service operations. • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant. • Respond to guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. • Monitor table availability and coordinate seating with the service team. • Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming atmosphere at the reception area. • Ensure the entrance and hostess station remain clean and organized. • Assist in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall guest experience. Requirements • Previous experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality establishment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Friendly, welcoming, and professional personality. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a positive first impression. • Ability to manage reservations, guest seating, and waiting lists efficiently. • Good organizational and multitasking skills, especially during busy service hours. • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally. • Well-presented with a professional appearance and positive attitude. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
