F&B Guest Ambassador

Key Responsibilities: Welcome, acknowledge, and professionally engage with guests, creating a warm and personalized arrival experience. Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, table allocations, and seating arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and ensure all guest preferences, VIP details, and special occasions are communicated to the team. Maintain strong knowledge of menus, promotions, outlet concepts, operating hours, and hotel facilities to confidently assist guests. Proactively anticipate guest needs, handle requests and feedback, and ensure appropriate follow-up. Coordinate closely with F&B and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience. Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and guest flow. Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with luxury hotel service standards at all times. Candidate Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and welcoming personality. Passion for delivering personalized service and creating memorable guest experiences. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills with a professional and composed approach. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Flexible and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
