Guest Relations Agent

Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, and local attractions. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally. Follow up on guest feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution. Recognize VIP guests and special occasions and ensure personalized service. Maintain accurate guest information and records. Promote hotel services and enhance the overall guest experience. Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and luxury service. Requirements: Previous Guest Relations or Front Office experience in a luxury hotel is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Professional, confident, and guest-focused. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
