Turkish Bilingual Executive Assistant

Providing administrative and executive support to management. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Preparing professional documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Coordinating internal and external meetings. Following up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and pending matters. Organizing business trips, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements. Maintaining organized records, documents, and filing systems Assisting with daily office operations and general administrative tasks. Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Fluency in both Turkish and English, written and spoken. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare professional emails, documents, and reports. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional attitude, reliability, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
