Transformation Assurance Director

• Test whether milestones reported as complete or on track are supported by evidence, and report where status and reality differ. • Assess sequencing, interdependencies and the critical path across initiatives, and identify where one slip will cascade. • Assess whether the business is ready to adopt each change across people, process, systems, data and ownership. • Track benefits realisation against the approved case, and tie it to the numbers leadership already uses. • Escalate with evidence when a milestone, benefit or readiness gate is at risk, and recommend the decision required. • Hold programme leaders and initiative owners to account for commitments, and lead assurance forums on the transformation. • Lead, develop and deploy the Transformation Assurance Managers across the initiative portfolio. • Set and enforce the standard for AI use in transformation assurance, and report adoption and results to the Chief EPMO Officer. • Strong understanding of PMO operating models, change management and adoption, and of the difference between assuring change and delivering it. • Executive communication: the ability to translate a complex programme position into a clear decision for senior leadership. • Working understanding of governed data and analytics, and how AI can be used safely in assurance. • Has assured, led or turned around a multi year transformation or enterprise change programme, and can describe the outcome in numbers. • Experience at group and executive level. • Construction, real estate, infrastructure or a similarly complex multi entity group preferred. • Gulf or wider MENA experience an advantage. • Genuine, demonstrated use of AI as a core working tool, evidenced by specific real examples from the candidate's own work. • Able to describe a real instance of using AI to track programme progress against evidence, find a risk earlier or shape a recovery. • Able to show how they have led a team to use AI as a working method, with verification discipline.
