We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Consultant to provide expert project management advisory services and support organizational project excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving project performance, enhancing project management maturity, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving innovation through modern project management practices and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and evaluate project management maturity across the organization and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Design and develop project management frameworks, procedures, templates, and governance models.
• Support the development of project strategies and oversee project planning, execution, and performance monitoring activities.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address schedule, cost, quality, or performance deviations.
• Promote the adoption of Agile methodologies and digital transformation practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Support the integration of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics, into project management practices.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation and contingency plans.
• Assist management in the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of organizational strategies and operational plans.
• Provide expert recommendations and professional advice to improve organizational performance and achieve strategic objectives.
• Represent projects and communicate with stakeholders, partners, and senior management when required.
• Analyze complex challenges and propose practical and sustainable solutions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Educational Qualification/Year of Experience
o PhD with at least 19 years of relevant experience; or
o Master's degree with at least 20 years of relevant experience; or
o Bachelor's degree with at least 22 years of relevant experience.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, or P3O will be considered an advantage.
• Native Arabic Speaker or Fluent Bilingual (Arabic & English), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in developing project governance frameworks and improving project management maturity.
• Proven experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and organizational performance improvement.
• Experience in digital transformation, Agile delivery, and innovation-driven projects is highly desirable.
