We are seeking an experienced Educational Expert- Senior Educational Expert to provide advanced technical, operational, and strategic expertise in project management. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of projects while ensuring compliance with approved standards, methodologies, and organizational objectives. The role requires deep subject matter expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to advise stakeholders on complex project-related matters.
Provide technical and practical expertise in supporting the preparation of strategic project plans and related educational policies.
• Offer technical expertise in analyzing, developing, and preparing policies and procedures related to educational practices.
• Guide project coordinators and resource specialists, and support them in carrying out their duties by utilizing available human resources and benefiting from previous experiences and studies.
• Provide technical expertise in risk analysis, problem-solving, and developing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Monitor and evaluate approved performance indicators.
• Conduct communications as the project representative and spokesperson when required.
• Exercise discretion in handling matters within the limits of approved laws, regulations, bylaws, and plans.
• Propose decisions that contribute to the development of projects and educational policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of specialization.
· PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, Agile, Scrum Master, P3O, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Native Arabic Speaker or Fluent Bilingual (Arabic & English), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience Requirements
• Proven experience in project planning, project execution, performance management, and project governance.
• Experience in strategic initiatives, PMO environments, or government-sector projects is highly desirable.
