Trainee-Relationship Manager

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Represent Majan Facilities Management in client meetings and business interactions. • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and support client satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to client enquiries and requests. • Assist in preparing business correspondence, presentations, proposals, and client reports. • Support business development activities and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships. • Maintain professional communication and uphold the company's image and reputation. • Must be an Omani female national. • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university or college. • Must be willing and eligible to register under the applicable Ministry of Labour programme. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic are essential. • Must have a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and a confident approach. • Must be smart, intelligent, punctual, disciplined, and well-organised. • Strong relationship-building, coordination, and presentation skills. • Must be proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
