HR Manager - Omani National

• Develop and implement Omanization strategies to meet national workforce targets and foster local talent development within the organization. • Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle management, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, ensuring compliance with Omani labor law. • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness in line with local market practices and statutory requirements. • Champion employee relations and engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment that aligns with Omani cultural values. • Omani national with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Possession of professional HR certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD is highly advantageous. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong understanding of the Omani employment landscape. • Demonstrated expertise in navigating Omani labor law and government regulations is essential.
