Role Overview • We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our vibrant team. As part of our organization in Chedi Ras al Hadd, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, overseeing HR operations and championing colleague engagement initiatives. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure salary disbursements are accurate and timely.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize the HRMS platform for streamlined HR workflows.
• Lead strategies to enhance colleague engagement, satisfaction, and organizational culture.
• Monitor and manage employee accommodation logistics, ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide HR support and guidance to colleagues and management alike.
Must have requirements • Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• In-depth knowledge of HRMS systems and HR digital tools.
• Hands-on payroll management expertise.
• Experience implementing colleague engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated organizational skills in accommodation or staff housing management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice to have requirements • Degree or certification in Human Resources or related field.
• Previous exposure to Omani labor regulations.
• Multilingual skills.
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
• Background in hospitality or resort environments.
