Hotel Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Salalah Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments. • Maintain high standards of guest service, satisfaction, and overall guest experience. • Lead, motivate, and develop hotel teams to achieve operational objectives. • Monitor operational costs, budgets, revenue performance, and departmental productivity. • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and applicable local regulations. • Coordinate with department heads to improve service quality and operational performance. • Handle guest concerns professionally and implement effective solutions. • Monitor performance indicators and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency. • Proven experience in hotel operations or a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, cost control, and service standards. • Ability to manage multiple departments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and business performance. • Knowledge of the hospitality market in Oman or the GCC will be an advantage.
