Tendering Coordinator

Job Description • Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and ITBs (Invitations to Bid). • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and procurement teams to gather necessary documentation, technical inputs, and pricing data. • Track tender deadlines, clarification requests, and ensure full compliance with client submission requirements. • Review tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and summarize key technical and commercial requirements. • Organize pre-bid queries and follow up with consultants or clients on clarifications. • Assist in preparing technical write-ups, construction methodologies, and project execution plans for submission. • Ensure that tender submissions are professionally formatted, complete, and submitted on time. Bachelor s degree in civil or architectural engineering. 1 3 years of experience in technical coordination, with proven experience in construction projects within the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and technical standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document management systems; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
