Technical Coordination Engineer

Coordinate between design consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure design intent is maintained. Review shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications and authority requirements. Attend coordination meetings and assist in clash detection and resolution during construction. Track and follow up on technical approvals from consultants or relevant authorities to avoid project delays. Maintain updated logs for shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals using standard tracking tools or ERP systems. Support BIM coordination processes if applicable, including checking model accuracy and integration between disciplines. Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering. 1 3 years of experience in technical coordination, specifically in large-scale construction projects within the UAE (UAE experience is mandatory). Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and technical standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document management systems; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
