TEHNICAL MANAGER– HIGH-RISE CONSTRUCTION

• · Lead technical activities for high-rise projects from design review through execution and handover. · Review IFC, tender, structural, architectural and MEP drawings for constructability and coordination. · Manage shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, method statements and material approvals. · Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and site teams. · Identify design discrepancies, clashes, technical risks, and value engineering opportunities. · Provide technical support to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Site Engineers. · Ensure coordination between Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP disciplines. · Coordinate technical submissions and approvals with relevant UAE authorities and consultants. · Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection where applicable. · Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, QA/QC requirements, and applicable standards. · Support testing, commissioning, as-built documentation, and project handover. · Maintain technical documentation, trackers, approvals, and design change records. · Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and site teams. • · Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Architecture or related field. · 10–15 years of relevant construction experience. · Strong experience in high-rise building projects. · Experience with G+30 and above projects will be highly preferred. · UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred. · Strong knowledge of design coordination, shop drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, and consultant approvals. · Experience coordinating Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP works. · Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM/Revit and other engineering coordination tools. · Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience High-Rise | G+30 | Residential Towers | Main Contractor | Technical Coordination | Design Review | Shop Drawings | BIM | RFI | Value Engineering | UAE Construction Candidates with strong UAE high-rise construction experience are preferred.
