Senior Technical Office Engineer

Job Description Key Responsibilities Review contract drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs. Coordinate with consultants, designers, and site teams to resolve technical issues. Prepare quantity take-offs and support cost estimation and procurement activities. Monitor design changes and ensure proper implementation on site. Coordinate with planning, procurement, and construction teams to support project execution. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards. Support project handover by preparing as-built drawings and technical documentation. Bachelor s degree in civil engineering. 5 7 Years of Experience in UAE. Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plus. Proven experience in Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statements, RFIs, BOQs, Cost Estimates, As-built Docs.
