Technical Sales Coordinator

• Orchestrate technical demonstrations and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and showcasing product capabilities effectively. • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, understand technical requirements, and propose tailored solutions that address customer challenges. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and training materials, for internal and external use. • Provide pre-sales technical support, answering inquiries, and addressing technical concerns to facilitate the sales process and build client confidence. • Act as a liaison between the sales, engineering, and product teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment on technical aspects. • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of sales strategies. • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required to understand technical concepts. • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales or support role within the technology or manufacturing industry is preferred. • Proven experience in a specific industry, such as IT infrastructure, software development, or industrial automation, is highly desirable. • Demonstrated proficiency in technical skills, including network configuration, cloud computing, or data analysis, will be an added advantage. • Exceptional soft skills, including communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, are essential for effective client interaction. • Strong personal qualities such as problem-solving, adaptability, and a proactive approach are crucial for success in this role. • Candidates must have the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. • Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus for global client interaction.
