Team Leader, Stewarding

About the Role As a Stewarding Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the stewarding department. You will lead and motivate a team of stewards, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across kitchens and food & beverage areas. You will oversee the cleaning and storage of equipment, manage stewarding schedules, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. Working closely with the culinary and restaurant teams, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests through a well-organized and efficient back-of-house operation. About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a stewarding supervisory or team leader role within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment. You are a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for cleanliness and operational standards. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and are passionate about maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Strong communication skills, the ability to motivate a diverse team, and a solid understanding of hygiene and food safety standards are essential for success in this role.
