Stewarding Supervisor

• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Manage and train the stewarding team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. • Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and checklists, ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Collaborate with kitchen management to maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in hospitality or sanitation preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a stewarding or kitchen support role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. • Proven experience in a high-volume food service environment, demonstrating ability to handle pressure effectively. • Strong understanding of health and safety standards in food service, with an ability to enforce these regulations.
