Job Overview Our Company is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Administrator to support site operations, manpower coordination, logistics, employee welfare, and administrative activities for our Oil & Gas projects in Qatar. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily site administration, manpower records, attendance, and timesheets. • Coordinate employee onboarding, mobilization, demobilization, and training requirements. • Manage site access documentation, RLIC gate passes, and visa validity records. • Coordinate site logistics, transportation, camp arrangements, and material movements. • Maintain employee welfare records and liaise with client welfare, security, and logistics teams. • Monitor PPE, inventory, equipment records, and site documentation. • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with site procedures and safety standards. • Minimum 2 years of experience in site/project administration, preferably in heavy industry. • Tertiary qualification. • Experience in industrial cleaning environments is an advantage. • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. • Strong communication and coordination skills (English equivalent to IELTS Level 5 or above). • Familiarity with RLIC procedures, worker welfare requirements, and Qatar Labour Law is an advantage. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
