Operations / Admin Officer – Security Services

• We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Operations / Admin Officer to support daily security operations and administrative activities. • The ideal candidate should have experience in security services, manpower coordination, staff scheduling, documentation, and general office administration. • Coordinate daily security staff deployment, duty rosters, attendance, overtime, and replacements. • Liaise with site supervisors, security personnel, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. • Monitor staff availability, shift schedules, and manpower requirements. • Maintain employee records, operational documents, attendance reports, and other administrative files. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations coordination and administration, preferably within the security services industry. • Good knowledge of staff scheduling, attendance management, and operational documentation. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. • Filipino candidates preferred. • Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
