Patrolling Supervisor

• Conduct regular site patrols and inspections. • Supervise security guards and monitor performance. • Ensure compliance with security procedures. • Monitor staff attendance and duty schedules. • Prepare daily patrol and incident reports. • Coordinate with management on security concerns. • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military patrol operations. • Possession of relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) is highly advantageous. • Proven experience in supervising or managing a team of security personnel. • Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory). • Must be currently available in Qatar.
