Showroom Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities • Welcome showroom visitors and help customers choose suitable products. • Present and demonstrate swimming pools, accessories and outdoor products. • Explain product features, installation requirements and warranty conditions. • Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and social media. • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and close sales. • Handle retail and wholesale enquiries. • Maintain customer records and sales information in the CRM/ERP system. • Coordinate stock availability, deliveries and installations with the relevant team. • Provide after-sales customer support. • Maintain showroom displays and product information. • Achieve monthly sales targets and report sales activitie • Previous experience in retail, showroom or sales is preferred. • Good spoken and written English is required. • Arabic language skills are an advantage. • Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills. • Confident using WhatsApp Business, email and basic computer applications. • Responsible, organised, proactive and willing to learn. • Driving license • Experience in swimming pools, outdoor furniture, garden products or home improvement is an advantage.
