Showroom Sales Executive

• Greet walk-in customers, understand their pool and water treatment needs, and recommend suitable products • Explain and demonstrate pumps, filters, heaters, lighting, cleaners, chemicals, accessories and BWT products • Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved pricing and close sales • Handle phone, WhatsApp and email enquiries and convert them into sales • Follow up on open quotations and maintain relationships with repeat customers, pool contractors and maintenance companies • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Record enquiries, quotations and sales in the company system and submit daily/weekly sales reports • Keep showroom displays clean, stocked, priced and labelled • Coordinate with stores on stock availability, delivery and collection • Handle cash, card and bank-transfer sales accurately • Manage returns, warranty claims and complaints as per company policy • 2–4 years of showroom or retail sales experience in the UAE • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field • Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is an advantage • Experience in swimming pool equipment, water treatment, plumbing, sanitaryware or building materials preferred • Good knowledge of MS Office and sales/ERP systems • Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills • Customer-focused, well-presented and target-driven • Willing to work weekends on rotation • Valid UAE driving licence preferred • Immediate joiners or candidates in the UAE preferred
