Job description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met with precision. • Diagnose vehicle issues through active listening and effective questioning, translating technical jargon into customer-friendly language. • 3-4 yrs in an automotive dealership network in similar role. • Have good customer handling skill and good etiquet as frontline staff. • Experience in Commercial vehicle segment in similar role will be an advantage.
