Overview of the Role Are you passionate about the automotive industry and delivering an exceptional customer experience? We are currently building a strong pool of talented Service Advisors for future opportunities across the UAE . As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing the customer journey from vehicle reception through to completion and handover. You will build strong customer relationships, understand service and repair requirements, provide regular progress updates, and ensure customers receive a transparent and professional experience. This is a customer-facing and revenue-generating role where you will contribute to customer retention while supporting the achievement of service sales and revenue targets. What You Will Do • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and retention. • Understand customer needs and translate them into clear service and repair requirements. • Guide customers throughout the complete vehicle service journey. • Coordinate with workshop teams and keep customers informed of vehicle repair progress. • Support timely vehicle completion and delivery according to customer commitments. • Explain completed work, repairs, and associated costs clearly to customers during vehicle handover. • Identify appropriate upselling opportunities and contribute to monthly revenue targets. • Manage customer concerns and complaints professionally through to satisfactory resolution. • Ensure accurate documentation and follow established processes and procedures. Required Skills to Be Successful • Strong customer service and relationship management skills. • Good automotive technical knowledge. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand and clearly explain vehicle service and repair requirements. • Strong customer complaint-handling and problem-solving skills. • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify relevant upselling opportunities. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office , with SAP knowledge preferred . • Good teamwork and coordination skills. • Conversational English and basic Arabic-speaking ability.
