Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profile Create and post job advertisements on job boards and company career pages. Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview Facilitate a smooth interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and recruitment metric Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Assist in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events. Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR operation Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition. Experience in construction industry is considered a plus. Familiarity with sourcing techniques & ATS tool Minimum 1 year of experience in conducting Competency based Interview
