• Conducting interviews and screening candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position. • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. • Posting job advertisements on various platforms and sourcing candidates through networking and referrals. • Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. • Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires. • Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. • Experience in the Manpower / Agency • Experience in bulk hiring • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency. • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
