Job description
Your impact: As a close partner to the Marketing Director, you will help set the foundations of how we work: methodology, key account management, and projects that put the region on the global stage. You will lead and develop two Junior Marketing Managers. You will also steer a rich, diverse client portfolio that spans prestige and niche.
Key Responsibilities
Together, with our customers
• Lead marketing for key fine fragrance accounts, turning perfumer intent and olfactive concepts into stories each client can make their own.
• Co-create with clients through ideation sessions and multi-sensory experiences that open the door to new briefs.
Shape the future
• Track launches, brand strategies and white spaces across the region to guide creative direction.
• Decode cultural and consumer shifts into forward-looking fragrance propositions.
• Build the reasons to believe behind each creation: perfumer inspiration, ingredients, consumer insight, innovation.
Own the outcome
• Coach and grow two Junior Marketing Managers, building a team grounded in trust and accountability.
• Set up shared ways of working with the Sales, Evaluation and Creation teams, so projects run on clear objectives, milestones and deliverables.
You Bring
• At least 6 8 years of Fine Fragrance marketing experience within a fragrance house, with a strong understanding of prestige and niche fragrance markets.
• A deep olfactive culture, strong fragrance storytelling capabilities and the curiosity to keep learning, exploring and looking ahead.
• The ability to translate market intelligence, consumer insights and cultural trends into creative, commercially relevant fragrance concepts and strategies.
• Creativity anchored in structure: the ability to inspire with ideas while managing complex projects, aligning stakeholders and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence and presence to engage senior client decision-makers, present compelling stories and defend creative propositions.
• A positive, collaborative and committed mindset, with the ability to inspire others, take ownership and go beyond what is expected.
• Experience within a global creative center of a fragrance house and people management experience are strong advantages.
