Brand Manager - FMCG

Role & responsibilities • Develop and execute brand plans and annual marketing calendars aligned to business objectives. • Manage the nature and scope of product lines in compliance with brand guidelines • Lead turnkey new product development projects from ideation to concept creation and fragrance selection to packaging design and production, working closely with R&D, packaging, supply chain, regulatory, fragrance house, manufacturers and agencies. • Manage communication campaigns in collaboration with agencies and internal teams across multiple media streams digital, traditional, and outdoor. • Conduct consumer research for brand initiatives and guide innovation planning. • Drive consumer and category insights, identifying gaps and innovation opportunities. • Design and deliver launch toolkits and marketing assets in line with brand strategy and campaign objectives. • Analyse brand performance, market share, and competition to drive actionable insights. • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, online and offline. • Coordinate with sales, e-commerce and trade marketing to support retail activations. Preferred candidate profile • MBA from any top management institute • 5-10 years of brand experience in FMCG space (personal care and beauty preferred) • Proven experience leading NPD projects • Eye for creativity and storytelling ability • Good understanding of research and media in the Middle East • Project management and cross-functional skills • Ability to manage complex, long-term projects within timelines and handle pressure • Good communication and presentation skills. • Ability to build strong & sustainable relationships with stakeholders • Good team player & ability to collaborate and work with multi-ethnic teams
