• Develop and execute innovative brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive market share growth. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams to achieve business targets. • Manage brand positioning and pricing strategies. • Track brand performance and prepare regular sales and marketing reports • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and consumer insights that inform brand positioning. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure brand consistency across all channels. • Create and manage compelling marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility and engagement through various media platforms. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable for strategic insight. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or related roles within a food industry. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands with quantifiable results in market performance. • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data interpretation to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
