Assistant Brand Manager (Arabic Speakers Only)

The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing campaigns and product innovations, ensures consistent execution across channels, and tracks performance under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager. • Create brand strategy, positioning and annual marketing plans based on consumer insights and market trends. • Analyse sales, sell-in/sell-out, SKU performance and new product launches to identify growth opportunities. • Handle pricing, promotions and portfolio decisions to improve sales and gross profit. • Coordinate marketing campaigns across media, social, influencers, healthcare professionals and trade channels. • Improve e-commerce product content, visibility, search optimization and campaign performance. • Track advertising and promotion budgets, campaign ROI and corrective actions. • Coordinate with agencies and brand principals on briefs, plans, approvals and reporting. • Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Finance to ensure effective execution across markets. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing execution, or FMCG industry • Strong analytical and coordination skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Familiarity with ERP/Oracle systems is an advantage • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
