Brand Manager

• Develop and execute innovative brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand in a competitive landscape. • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks that inform key decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution. • Manage the brand's digital presence, optimizing social media, content marketing, and online campaigns to drive engagement and brand loyalty. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business or a related discipline. • Approximately 5–8 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, strategic • communications or content strategy, ideally within a large organisation or leading brand/creative • consultancy. • Demonstrable experience working on brand strategy, including positioning, propositions, messaging, • brand architecture or brand activation. • Strong experience translating strategy into content and communication frameworks. • Experience working with research, customer insights and competitive analysis. • Strong understanding of brand governance and how brands operate across multiple channels and • touchpoints. • Experience managing agencies and complex, multi-stakeholder projects. • Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential. • Experience working across multiple markets or culturally diverse audiences would be highly valuable. • English fluency is essential; Arabic capability would be a strong advantage.
