Senior HR

Lead and manage the overall HR function. • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes. • Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring. • Manage recruitment from sourcing and interviews through selection and onboarding. • Build and maintain effective recruitment channels, including agencies and job portals. • Manage employee relations, performance management, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR operations. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and company policies. • Manage employee documentation, visa/work permit coordination, insurance, and HR administration. • Support employee engagement, retention, and workforce development. • Work closely with Operations, Production, Projects, and Management teams on manpower requirements. • Take ownership of HR issues and ensure timely and practical solutions. Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE. • Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment and workforce management. • Strong talent acquisition and recruitment strategy experience. • Experience in fit-out, signage, advertising, graphics, manufacturing, construction, or related industries is preferred. • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of HR responsibilities. • Experience managing a diverse workforce. • Strong coordination skills with recruitment agencies and external service providers. • Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
