HR Officer - Senior HR & HR Manager

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to performance management and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience. • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, driving talent acquisition and retention. • Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolutions, fostering a fair and productive work environment. • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, proactively mitigating legal risks. • Drive organizational change initiatives, effectively communicating and managing impacts on the workforce. • Develop and deliver impactful training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, building an inclusive culture where all employees thrive. • Utilize HR analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations for data-driven decision-making. • Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic talent planning. • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Extensive experience (7+ years) in progressive HR roles, with a proven track record in strategic HR management. • Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR. • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of employment law and best HR practices. • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership. • Experience in [Specify Industry, e.g., Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing] sector. • UAE experience is mandatory (preferably in Transport and Contracting sectors). • Ability to work under pressure. • Only candidates matching the specified nationalities will be considered. • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
