Senior Associate TA Sourcing

ABOUT THE ROLE The Sr Associate TA Sourcing delivers high-quality sourcing outcomes across priority roles, balancing research driven talent sourcing, with scalable volume delivery. The role focuses on sourcing across multiple channels to talent, and the execution of P1 and P2 sourcing mandates and delivery of same. You will participate in Sourcing initiatives while also being involved in a variety of BAU and scale up initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver end-to-end sourcing for P1 and escalated P2 roles (P denotes priority). • Source talent through multiple sourcing channels, talent pools and pipelines, including referrals. • Participate in sourcing initiatives that improve quality, speed, or pipeline health. • Conduct market intelligence analysis and deliver talent intelligence and insights. • Deliver scalable outreach campaigns. • Maintain accurate ATS and sourcing tool hygiene. • Analyse sourcing metrics and optimise performance. • Partner closely with Lead and Senior Sourcer, Recruiters and Hiring Managers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in technical, technology or specialist Talent sourcing. • Research methods, skills and experience. • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools. • Experience of delivering against Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Recruiting SLAs and quality metrics. • Strong stakeholder communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Appreciation for the craft of research driven talent sourcing, and associated thought leadership. • Prompt engineering and Boolean knowledge. • Experience delivering white-glove sourcing. • Exposure to proactive pipeline building. • Comfort analysing sourcing funnel metrics. • Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools. • Bachelor s or Master s degree preferred, with an appreciation for third level research methods.
