SAP HCM Consultant - Indian Payroll / ESS / MSS

• Experience Required: - 5+ Years in SAP HCM experience, with strong hands-on experience in Indian Payroll, ESS, and MSS. • Notice Period: - Immediate Joiners or = 30 Days Preferred. Job Summary: - • We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM, Indian Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS). • The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of SAP HCM solutions. Job Requirements & Skills: - • SAP HCM: - Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA), Good understanding of Organizational Management (OM), Knowledge of Time Management is preferred & Strong understanding of employee master data and organizational structures. • SAP Indian Payroll: - Strong hands-on experience in SAP India Payroll, Good knowledge of payroll schemas and payroll rules, Experience with wage types and payroll processing, Knowledge of Indian statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Income Tax, Experience with payroll posting to FI & Experience in payroll reconciliation and issue resolution. • ESS / MSS:- Hands-on experience with ESS and MSS, Experience supporting employee and manager self-service processes, Good understanding of workflows and approval processes & Experience with leave, attendance, employee information, and manager-related transactions. Job Key Responsibilities: - • Provide functional support and configuration for SAP HCM modules. • Handle end-to-end SAP Indian Payroll processes. Configure and support payroll-related activities including:- • Payroll processing, Gross-to-net calculation, Tax calculation, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Income Tax, Form 16 and statutory reporting & Payroll posting to Finance. • Handle payroll schema, rules, wage types, and payroll-related configurations. • Support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. • Configure and support ESS (Employee Self-Service) functionalities. • Configure and support MSS (Manager Self-Service) functionalities. Support employee and manager transactions such as:- • Personal information updates, Leave/absence management, Attendance/time-related requests, Employee data changes, Manager approvals, Team/employee information & Workflow-based requests. • Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions. • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams. • Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support. • Support integration between SAP HCM and other modules/systems. • Coordinate with HR/business teams to resolve payroll and employee-related issues. • Prepare functional documentation, process documentation, and user guides. • Participate in enhancement, rollout, migration, and implementation projects.
