Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate multiple projects from planning to completion. • Oversee daily operations and administrative activities. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. • Monitor budgets, expenses, payments, and financial reports. • Manage staff, HR matters, and logistics. • Prepare clear progress reports and provide regular updates. • Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and deliverables. • Support the business owner with executive and personal affairs.
