Sales Manager Middle East

We're Foster & Gamko part of the ITW Food Equipment Group leaders in premium commercial refrigeration and we're looking for a Sales Manager for the Middle East to take full ownership of the region and accelerate our growth across both brands. This is a hands on, entrepreneurial role where you ll shape the market, grow our distributor network, win strategic projects, and represent Foster & Gamko across the Middle East region. What you ll be doing • Own regional commercial performance across the Middle East for Foster and Gamko • Grow and support distributors, consultants and design offices • Identify and secure new business across retail refrigeration and key accounts • Manage projects end to end from specification to quotation to delivery • Build strong customer relationships with distributors, consultants and end users • Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts and provide market intelligence Experience in food service, hospitality, or refrigeration equipment will be appreciated. Role details Home based in the Middle East region / Reports to the Export Director/ High travel field role (50 70%) If you re commercially ambitious, love owning a region, and want to help grow two leading refrigeration brands across the Middle East, we d love to hear from you. • Proven B2B sales experience • A track record of sales growth in the Middle East • Experience managing distributors and key accounts • Strong negotiation and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills and able to quickly comprehend complex information and numerical data • Fluency in English and Arabic nice to have • Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems • A growth driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience to build opportunities from scratch • Demonstrated cultural agility and the ability to adapt your approach to effectively work with diverse cultures and stakeholders across the region
