Sales Manager

• Identify and secure new business from shipping lines, freight forwarders, logistics companies, EPC contractors, manufacturers and trading companies. • Develop sales for container movements, general cargo haulage, heavy equipment and oversized/project cargo transportation. • Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and contracts, and maintain profitable pricing. Coordinate with the operations team to confirm trailer availability, assess transport requirements and ensure timely execution. • Build long-term customer relationships and manage enquiries, tenders and transport contracts. Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets, maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular reports. • Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection. • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE road transportation industry. Proven experience selling transportation services using skeletal trailers, flatbed trailers and low-bed trailers. • An established customer network and demonstrated ability to generate business from credible clients. Good understanding of UAE transport routes, market rates, trailer applications and requirements for oversized and heavy cargo movements. • Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with operations. • Valid UAE driving licence is required.
