Sales Manager building materials at Ajman

TEN Building Material Trading LLC, Ajman, is hiring a full-time Sales Manager. Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month. • Develop sales of building materials, aluminium and glass accessories, hardware, tools, and automation products. • Find new customers through site visits, calls, referrals, and regular follow-ups. • Build relationships with contractors, fabricators, and trading customers. • Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved limits, and convert enquiries into profitable orders. • Achieve agreed sales, gross profit, and payment collection targets. • Manage daily shop operations and coordinate purchasing, stock availability, and deliveries. • Follow up outstanding payments and comply with approved credit terms. • Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales and collection updates. • Minimum three years of relevant sales experience in building materials, aluminium and glass accessories, or hardware. • Strong customer development, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to generate business independently and coordinate shop operations. • UAE market experience and existing customer contacts preferred. • Working knowledge of Excel, email, and quotation preparation. • Diploma or degree preferred; candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered. • UAE driving licence preferred. • All nationalities welcome.
