Outdoor Sales Executive – Building Materials & Hardware

• Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to customers across assigned areas. • Visit building material shops, hardware traders, contractors and related businesses. • Develop new customers through cold visits, prospecting and referrals. • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts. • Promote architectural hardware, door hardware, furniture fittings and related building-material products. • Prepare quotations and negotiate prices within company-approved pricing. • Follow up enquiries, orders and customer requirements. • Follow up customer payments and collections. • Achieve monthly sales targets. • Provide regular sales and market updates to the Sales Manager. • Identify new market opportunities and competitor activity. • Minimum 2 years UAE outdoor/field sales experience preferred. • Experience in building materials, hardware, architectural hardware, tools, sanitary ware, aluminium products or related products strongly preferred. • Must be comfortable with daily shop-to-shop customer visits and cold calling/prospecting . • Existing contacts with building material shops, hardware traders or contractors will be an advantage. • Valid UAE driving licence preferred • Own car is an advantage but not mandatory . • Strong communication, negotiation and customer-development skills. • Must be target-oriented and capable of working independently in the field. • Knowledge of the UAE building-material/hardware market is preferred. • Candidates currently based in the UAE is a must.
