Sales Coordinator / Indoor Sales Executive

Role Manage customer enquiries received through email and company landline, coordinate with the sales team to obtain pricing and availability, prepare and send quotations based on approved information, and follow up with customers to ensure timely responses. Responsibilities Monitor the company sales email inbox and respond promptly to all customer enquiries. • Answer incoming calls on the company sales landline and record customer requirements. • Coordinate with the respective sales executives to obtain pricing, product details, and stock availability. • Prepare and send accurate quotations based on approved pricing and information from the sales team. • Follow up on pending quotations and customer enquiries until they are converted into orders or closed. • Ensure no customer enquiry is missed or left unanswered. • Maintain and update enquiry, quotation, and follow-up records in Odoo/CRM. • Provide customers with product information and availability after confirmation with the sales team. • Ensure effective communication and coordination between customers and sales executives. • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, indoor sales, or sales support preferred. • Previous experience in Building Materials, Hardware, Electrical, Plumbing, or Wholesale Trading is a strong advantage. • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory. • Must be able to speak and understand Hindi. • Excellent professional email-writing and telephone communication skills. • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups. • Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and basic computer applications. • Experience with Odoo or other ERP/CRM systems is an advantage. • Must currently reside in the UAE. • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
