Sales Coordinator

• Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team. • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination. • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documentation. • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service. • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all sales records. • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, deliveries, and pending payments. • Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets. • Update customer records and sales reports in the ERP/CRM system. • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and finance departments.
