• Develop and deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct product, process, customer service, and sales skills training sessions.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and business requirements.
• Coach and mentor sales employees to improve their communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and other learning resources.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Support the sales team in achieving assigned revenue and business targets.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluate employee knowledge and performance.
• Work closely with sales managers and other stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
• Stay updated on sales techniques, market trends, and company products and services.
• Prepare training reports and maintain records of training activities and employee performance.
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales, Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Coaching is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer engagement, and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach employees in a target-driven environment.

o Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
o Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Work from Home)
